Add a little Sunshine to your Life!

Today we have an activity that will brighten your mood and awaken your body!
1) First, wear comfortable clothes, get your yoga mat ready, and try to eliminate any loud noises nearby. Next, visit our YouTube Channel and watch Hello Sun all the way through before doing the movements. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5_tkAzN0Pw4&list=PLyc8I_bdeewfltwnODjpBK6zJ1sMgzti4&index=1
2) After you and your child have watched the video, give it a try by replaying the video and doing the movements! After you finish have a discussion:
What was your favorite pose from the book? • What was the most difficult pose? • How did the yoga flow make you feel?
